We’d love to hear from you!Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Okotoks, AB. In this role, you will be the face of our Profit Centre, supporting customers at the counter, over the phone, and through daily operations. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while contributing to order fulfillment, inventory organization, and overall PC success.If you’re hands-on, organized, and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.Assist customers at the counter with product inquiries, recommendations, and order processingRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely mannerEnter, pick, and stage customer orders accurately and efficientlyFollow all Health and Safety rules and legislation while performing job functionsLoad and unload trucks, operate forklift and other material handling equipmentSupport receiving, organizing, and putting away incoming materials as requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe counter and warehouse environmentFollow up on customer orders, backorders, and delivery timelinesProcess returns and warranty claims in accordance with company proceduresBuild strong relationships with customers and contribute to repeat businessAssist with inventory counts and general PC operationsSupport teammates across all areas of the Profit Centre as neededCollaborate with team members to share best practices and support one anotherAdhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer interactionsPerform other tasks as requested by the Profit Centre ManagerQualificationsWhat We Are Looking for From You:Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an assetA minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting and/or 1 year of warehouse experienceValid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving recordOutstanding customer service and verbal communication skillsAble to develop comprehensive product knowledgeAbility to learn to safely operate a forklift and any other material handling equipmentPossess a high level of attention to detail and accurately process ordersAble to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process ordersIntermediate math skillsPreferred Skills:Previous experience with or knowledge of plumbing and building products sold at the Profit CentreExperience working for a plumbing wholesalerExperience using M3 or similarMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Additional InformationSalary Range : $40000 - $50000 plus benefitsEMCO is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a discrimination, harassment, and barrier free workplace where all employees can contribute to their fullest potential.
