Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, responsible for managing end-to-end logistics and inventory operations. This role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, works closely with carriers and warehouse teams, and ensures on-time delivery to customers and retail partners. Daily activities include monitoring stock levels, updating inventory records, preparing shipping documents, and resolving delivery or transportation issues. The Logistics Coordinator collaborates with supply chain, customer service, and sales to optimize order fulfillment, reduce delays, and maintain accurate reporting. The role also involves analyzing logistics data, identifying process improvements, and supporting continuous enhancement of operational efficiency.

Job Summary Salary Range: 44, 000 - 46, 000 CAD Annually Paid Time off Extended benefits Free Parking We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics and supply chain operations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Process daily shipment labels through an order management system and carefully handing it over to pick and pack team on timely manner. ShipStation/ShipBridge experience is preferred Prepares or compiles documentation required for the shipment and ownership transfer of products. Reconcile daily shipments Open and work on bulk returns daily. Open product return-related cases on all applicable marketplaces (i.e., Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) Accurately and in a timely manner create shipping labels for warranty-repaired products and input RMA details in logistics software. Daily liaison with logistics provider to track and trace orders. Communicate with drivers and carriers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues that arise. Serve as liaison between customer support team, management and customer to improve customer service and business productivity. Cycle count reporting Gather quotes from different service providers and manage shipping for trucks Communicate with drivers and carriers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues that arise. Inventory and replenishment planning for Walmart and Amazon’s fulfillment centers Arranging Amazon FBA shipments. Min 1 year of experience in managing Amazon shipments required.

Additional Information Occasional requirements to work outside of regular office hours. Tight deadlines. Works with confidential issues and data. 4. Ability to lift and handle 20-40 lbs. boxes Education and Experience Profile

  1. College/University education in the field of Supply Chain and logistics /Business field
  2. Minimum 2+ years of working experience in a similar e-commerce fulfillment role
