We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative (B2B) to manage and grow existing accounts while generating new business within an assigned territory. You’ll partner closely with Field Sales to expand relationships, execute campaigns, and close opportunities. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a must to support customers in Quebec. This role can be based in either Oakville, ON or Montreal, QC. What You’ll Do Manage and grow existing customer accounts Identify and close new business opportunities Upsell and cross-sell to drive revenue and profit growth Qualify inbound and outbound leads Partner with Field Sales and Customer Service to ensure a seamless sales cycle Prepare and present proposals and quotes Maintain accurate pipeline activity in Salesforce Support customer events, trade shows, and team initiatives as needed What You Bring Bilingual English/French (required) Strong phone presence and consultative selling skills Experience managing accounts and closing sales CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills Why choose us?
