In this role you’ll support their clients by providing product knowledge and identify solutions to help them run their operations smoothly.<br><br>What’s in it for You?<br>• A supportive team that encourages growth and collaboration.<br>• An environment that values your expertise and attention to detail.<br><br>Compensation & Hours:<br>• The rate of pay will be $19 - $21/hr. based on experience<br>• Monday – Friday, daytime hrs.<br><br>Position Summary:<br>• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, offering expert advice and timely assistance<br>• Build and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs and providing proactive support.<br>• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that support their project needs<br>• Process orders, track shipments, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products<br>• Collaborate with the internal team to resolve any issues and maintain customer satisfaction<br>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system<br><br>Required Qualifications:<br>• Proven experience in a customer service and/or sales role<br>• Strong communication skills and experience managing technical or complex customer enquiries<br>• An eye for identifying sales opportunities and recommending solutions that fit customer needs<br>• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on client satisfaction<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment<br><br>Bonus Points:<br>• Previous experience in restaurants, retail or other customer service positions<br><br>Right People.
