Rewards and Perks: Positive team atmosphere Competitive wage Employee status with paid single health & dental benefits Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Option of flexible hours Primary Responsibilities: Schedule window and door installation and service appointments in an efficient manner Communicate with our Techs, located throughout Alberta Respond to customer calls, voicemails and emails in a professional and timely manner Resolve scheduling conflicts when required Order parts for repair work Send quotes to customer and then follow up to close the sale Prepare and maintain various reports Generate job completion paperwork and coordinate any outstanding work Coordinate overnight stays; book hotels and create purchase orders Requirements: Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Analytical and problem solving skills 3 years experience in an office environment Courteous and professional telephone manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Understanding of the geographical areas of Alberta Durabuilt Windows & Doors is an equal opportunity employer and offers equitable wage and benefit packages to qualified applicants.
