Role Overview: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, clinics, and medical professionals. Manage inquiries, orders, medical deliveries, and logistics. Requires strong medical terminology knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to process complex information. Candidates must have strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, CRM like JDE) and troubleshoot independently. Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries via phone, email, fax, or online Manage patient and clinic orders, documentation, and data entry Escalate complex issues appropriately Expedite urgent orders and resolve shipment, return, or credit issues Process credits/returns, set up new patients, maintain records Recover medical equipment from patients exiting programs Participate in training and team meetings
Qualifications
Required: Fluency in Canadian French & English both (C2) Located in Canada for compliance High school diploma 4–6 years in customer service, supply chain, or call center Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Experience with sensitive information and metrics-driven environments Microsoft Office & CRM proficiency, independent problem-solving Preferred: Bachelors in Life/Health Sciences or related Experience in medical logistics, home health, billing, clinical support Remote work experience
Schedule
Production Hours: Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday (covering East, Central, and West regions). Key Scheduling Details: Weekly Hours: 20–30 hours baseline (up to 40 hours maximum). Shift Format: Split shifts throughout the day (not a traditional, straight 8-hour block). Training Information: Training Duration: 5–6 weeks (starting August 17, 2026 – tentative). 8 Hours/Day – Monday to Friday. Expected Training Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Training is paid. Training Start Date: August 17, 2026 (Tentative) Technical Requirements: Reliable wired broadband internet connection Processor (64-bit): Intel Core i5 (10th Generation or newer) AMD Ryzen 5 4000 Series or newer Apple Silicon M1, M2, M3, M4 or newer Memory (RAM): Minimum 16 GB Operating System: Windows 11 or macOS 26 Computer age: Maximum 5 years old USB headset required Compensation & Benefits: Training: $17 USD/hour (~$23 CAD/hour) | Post-training: $19 USD/hour (~$26 CAD/hour) Payments are made monthly in USD Freelance cooperation agreement Long term project opportunity Fully remote, long-term project Career growth & development Gamification program: earn more, get paid holidays
