• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
• Triage client needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Process invoices efficiently while ensuring data entry accuracy.
• Maintain detailed medical records in the database.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth patient care.
• Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution that satisfies the customer.
