- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
- Triage client needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Process invoices efficiently while ensuring data entry accuracy.
- Maintain detailed medical records in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth patient care.
- Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution that satisfies the customer.
Skills
- Strong communication skills and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and effectively to provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Previous experience in customer service or the veterinary field is highly desirable.
