Full Job Description We are looking for a friendly, confident, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with questions, follow-ups, and general support. You will be speaking with customers, providing information, and helping create a positive customer experience.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. Previous software or IT knowledge is not required.

Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and support Assist customers with questions about orders, products, and services Provide clear and accurate information Record customer notes and update information properly Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally Support day-to-day customer service tasks as needed

Requirements Strong verbal communication skills in English Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone Good listening and problem-solving skills Friendly, patient, and professional attitude Organized and responsible Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to manage tasks in a busy work environment Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service or call handling experience is an asset Retail or sales experience is helpful Basic knowledge of electronics is an asset, but not required
