L'employé de parc est chargé de la mise en place et de la récupération du matériel sur le site. Il tient à jour un calendrier d'entretien écrit et peut effectuer l'entretien du matériel si nécessaire afin de s'assurer que celui-ci répond à toutes les spécifications définies. L'employé de parc inspecte également le matériel avant et après la location afin de consigner tout matériel perdu et/ou endommagé. expérience requise: Diplôme d'études secondaires ou GED (équivalent) apprécié Expérience avec les outils courants de construction et industriels appréciée Une certaine expérience et/ou formation en réparation d'équipements mécaniques appréciée Connaissances/compétences/aptitudes requises Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients (à l'écrit et à l'oral) Capacité à effectuer des opérations mathématiques de base (addition, soustraction, multiplication et division) Connaissance pratique de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Aptitudes mécaniques générales Souci de la sécurité Le bilinguisme (espagnol ou autre) peut être requis en fonction des besoins Les exigences physiques de ce poste impliquent de se pencher, de s'accroupir, de se baisser, de tendre les bras, de soulever des charges de 22 kg ou plus, et de travailler à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur lorsque la nature du travail l'exige. The Yard Associate is responsible for the stationing and retrieving equipment on the location's property. The role maintains a written maintenance schedule and may service equipment as necessary to ensure equipment meets all set specifications. The Yard Associate also inspects equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost and/or damaged equipment. Education or experience that prepares you for success: • High school diploma or GED preferred • Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred • Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on • Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral) • Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide) • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc) • General mechanical aptitude • safety-focus • Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
