As a Fleet Agent, your role is to carefully inspect vehicles during your daily rounds to ensure the best possible customer experience, whether it involves maintenance, electric charging, replacing worn parts, or moving vehicles within the fleet.

What will your day-to-day look like?
Key Responsibilities Planning and Conducting Vehicle Rounds:
- Perform vehicle rounds using a service vehicle or a Flex vehicle
- Inspect each vehicle visited according to established procedures
- Replace missing items in vehicles and ensure fleet standardization in terms of cleanliness and equipment logistics
- Report any anomalies, damage, or compliance issues
- Inspect, identify, and diagnose various vehicle defects
- Move and charge electric vehicles
- Collect parking tickets, accident reports, and lost & found items
- Update stickers, insurance certificates, and registration documents
- Relocate vehicles parked in prohibited areas or outside designated zones
- Use manual or electronic tools such as onboard diagnostic systems or multimeters
- Communicate with the office via radio
Administrative Follow-Up:
- Identify and log lost & found items
- Take photos to document vehicle damage and report them in our internal software
- Follow up on diagnostics and intervention requests
Profile and Job Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- Fluent in English
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams/Outlook), electronic tablets, Internet navigation, and mapping software (e.g., Google Maps)
Required Personal Qualities
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative
- Manual dexterity and basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Accuracy and punctuality
- Sense of responsibility
- Good team spirit

- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday schedule (8am -4pm)
- Starting salary: $20.00 per hour
