Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, helpful attitude Listening to customer needs and recommending the right battery or power solution for the job Building product knowledge across automotive, marine, recreational, industrial, and consumer electronics categories Processing sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system Supporting inventory management — receiving stock, organizing shelves, and keeping the store tidy Following up on special orders and customer inquiries Working toward individual and store sales goals Representing Battery World's values of reliability, quality, and community service ________________________________________ What We're Looking For Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an asset — but a great attitude and willingness to learn matters most Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Basic mechanical or technical interest is a plus (we'll train the right person) Reliable, punctual, and a team player Able to lift and handle product (batteries can be heavy!)
