What You'll Do

As our Service Advisor Team Lead, you'll combine hands-on customer service with leadership responsibilities that help drive the department forward.

You'll:

  • Deliver exceptional service experiences while managing your own customer portfolio.
  • Coach and mentor Service Advisors, Valets, Dispatch, Warranty, Lincoln Concierge, and Service Videography teams.
  • Champion Ford's "Fix It Right the First Time" philosophy.
  • Help maintain industry-leading Customer Experience (CSI/CXI) performance.
  • Monitor key service department KPIs and identify coaching opportunities.
  • Support advisor development through ongoing feedback and training.
  • Collaborate with Parts, Warranty, Dispatch, and Technician teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with scheduling, workflow optimization, and improving overall shop efficiency.
  • Help grow fleet and commercial service relationships.
  • Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For

You're someone who naturally earns the respect of your peers and enjoys helping others succeed.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • 3–5 years of dealership Service Advisor experience.
  • Leadership, mentoring, coaching, or supervisory experience (preferred).
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of dealership fixed operations.
  • Experience working with dealership management systems such as PBS.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and desire to help others grow.

Ford or Lincoln dealership experience is considered a strong asset.
