We are a fast-growing real estate investment company that buys, sells, and structures real estate deals across the U.S. We work directly with motivated property sellers and help them find win-win solutions for selling their properties.

We are looking for a high-energy, talkative, persuasive, and motivated Virtual Real Estate Acquisition Closer to join our team. This is a remote sales position for someone who knows how to communicate, negotiate, follow up, build trust, and close deals.

This is not a cold-calling job. You will be calling hot real estate leads — sellers who have already shown interest and are expecting a call.

Position Overview

As a Virtual Real Estate Acquisition Closer, your job is to contact sellers through our CRM and dialer, ask the right questions about their property, understand their situation, negotiate price and terms, and get signed contracts on behalf of the company.

You will be given access to our CRM, lead sheets, dialer, premium AI tools, and internal systems. Our AI tools help summarize calls, draft contracts, and make the process faster and easier.

We also provide free two-week training. Our acquisition manager will train you on how to talk to sellers, make offers, handle objections, negotiate confidently, and close contracts professionally.

What You’ll Do

  • Call hot real estate seller leads through our CRM and dialer

  • Speak with property owners who are interested in selling

  • Ask questions about the property, seller situation, timeline, price, and motivation

  • Build trust and maintain a positive, professional conversation

  • Negotiate price and terms with sellers

  • Handle objections and guide sellers toward a decision

  • Follow up consistently with previous leads until they are ready to move forward

  • Draft purchase contracts using AI tools and company templates

  • Send contracts to sellers for signature

  • Keep accurate notes and updates inside the CRM

  • Work closely with the acquisition manager and company team

  • Treat every seller with respect, patience, and care

Requirements

  • Strong spoken English

  • Ability to work from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Los Angeles time

  • Sales experience preferred

  • Real estate experience preferred, but not required if you are coachable and hungry

  • Must be willing to complete training and follow company systems

Schedule

Monday to Friday
8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Los Angeles time

This is a focused 7.5-hour workday where your main job is calling leads, negotiating offers, sending contracts, getting signatures, and following up until deals are closed.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position.

All compensation numbers below are in United States dollars, shown as US$. Approximate Canadian dollar equivalents are shown beside them as CA$ for reference only.

You will earn 2.5% of the company’s net profit on every closed deal you bring under contract, up to a maximum commission payout of US$6,000 per closer.

Once a closer’s total commission payout reaches more than US$6,000, approximately CA$8,520, the commission structure changes from 2.5% to 1% of the company’s net profit on every deal going forward.

Most company deals generate between US$15,000 and US$40,000+ in net profit, approximately CA$21,300 to CA$56,800+.

Some commercial, portfolio, or larger deals can generate US$60,000 to US$100,000+ in company profit, approximately CA$85,200 to CA$142,000+, which means higher commission payouts for you.

Example earning potential:

  • If the company makes US$20,000 net profit on a deal, approximately CA$28,400, your commission is US$500, approximately CA$710

  • If the company makes US$40,000 net profit on a deal, approximately CA$56,800, your commission is US$1,000, approximately CA$1,420

  • If the company makes US$100,000 net profit on a larger deal, approximately CA$142,000, your commission is US$2,500, approximately CA$3,550

After total commission earnings pass US$6,000, the closer will earn 1% commission on each deal instead of 2.5%.

A basic closer may close around 5 deals per month.

A serious closer who follows up, stays consistent, and takes care of the business can close 10–15+ deals per month. Top closers may close 20+ deals per month.

Commission may increase after 3 months based on performance, consistency, attitude, and results..

Bonuses and Rewards

We reward closers who stay consistent and perform at a high level.

Performance bonuses may include:

  • Close 20 total deals: US$5,000 bonus gift, approximately CA$7,100

  • Close 30 total deals: one-week vacation reward at a five-star hotel

  • Close 40 total deals: US$10,000 bonus gift, approximately CA$14,200

  • Close 60 total deals: US$17,000 bonus gift, approximately CA$24,140

  • Additional rewards available for top performers as the company grows
