The Role: The face and voice of Flaman for our Parts and Rental customers.

When a customer walks into Flaman, or calls our Parts & Rental desk, they are usually looking for a solution to a problem. We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who enjoys the challenge of finding the right part, coordinating the right rental, and ensuring that every person who contacts us leaves better off than when they started.

A Day in the Life of a Specialist:
- The Problem Solver: You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. You aren't just taking orders; you’re helping a farmer find the exact part they need to stay in the field.
- Rental Logistics: You’ll coordinate our rental fleet, ensuring equipment is booked, tracked, and ready for the next customer.
- Product Expertise: You’ll develop a deep understanding of our inventory, from trailer hitches to grain handling components, so you can guide customers with confidence.
- Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.
- The "Relationship" Builder: You’ll turn first-time callers into lifelong Flaman regulars through consistent, honest, and friendly service.
