As a Service Advisor, you’re more than a middle person between the customer and the shop, you’re the first point of contact and a trusted guide. What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process with clear, friendly communication
• Collaborating with techs to ensure repairs are done right the first time
• Managing service schedules and follow-ups to keep things running smoothly
• Building long-term customer relationships based on trust and reliability

• Experience in RV or automotive service, customer service, or sales
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
