About the role
We're looking for a Community Assistant to provide exceptional support to users of our Perp Dex. You'll be the first point of contact for users, helping them resolve issues, understand product features, and ensure they have a smooth trading experience. You'll also work closely with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to surface user feedback and improve the platform.
Responsibilities Respond to user inquiries via Discord, Telegram, email, and other support channels. Troubleshoot user issues related to wallet connections, deposits, withdrawals, trading, and account access. Escalate technical issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow through until resolution. Collect, summarize, and share user feedback with Product and Engineering teams. Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Monitor community discussions and proactively identify recurring user issues.
Requirements 1 year of experience in customer support, operations, or community management within crypto Good understanding of DEX products Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Patient, empathetic, and able to explain technical concepts in a simple way. Able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
