Stellantis Canada is looking for a Strategy & Business Analytics Co-op Student – Customer Programs to support the Aftersales business. This role will work closely with the Warranty, Service Contracts, Customer Experience, and Dealer Support teams to help analyze performance, identify trends, and support key business initiatives.

This team plays an important role in the customer ownership experience after a vehicle is sold. It helps support warranty processes, customer protection programs, dealer performance, cost management, and business growth across brands including Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo.

Internally, some of these customer protection programs are known as Mopar Vehicle Protection, or MVP. These programs help provide customers with added confidence and support beyond the original vehicle purchase.

What You’ll Gain:

As a co-op student, you will gain hands-on experience in a business area that directly impacts customers, dealers, and company performance.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with real customer, warranty, dealer, financial, and business performance data
  • Learn how a national automotive company supports customers after the vehicle sale
  • Build practical experience in Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, dashboards, and business analytics
  • Gain exposure to Power BI reporting, Snowflake data models, and historical reporting tools used in a large business environment
  • Support projects connected to customer experience, dealer performance, cost improvement, and business growth
  • Gain exposure to leadership reporting and cross-functional decision-making
  • Learn how customer programs, warranty support, and service contracts contribute to customer loyalty and dealer success
