ADF Diesel Toronto is a leading supplier of heavy-duty diesel engine parts. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Shipper & Receiver / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management & Customer Service Monitor customer order status using our internal computer system. Provide accurate and timely order updates to both the Parts and Sales teams. Answer incoming customer calls professionally and deliver outstanding customer service. Assist customers with order inquiries, shipping updates, and general questions. Shipping & Receiving Pick parts from inventory and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup. Receive and inspect incoming shipments. Arrange courier pickups and freight deliveries. Coordinate local deliveries and customer pickups. Ensure orders are packed accurately and shipped on time. Maintain an organized warehouse and shipping area. Administrative Support Prepare shipping documents and related paperwork. Update order information and maintain accurate records in the company system. Assist with general office and administrative duties as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, customer service, or administration is an asset. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn internal software quickly. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
