We're seeking a French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and act as a vital link between our brand and our French-speaking customers.

In this role, you'll be a trusted voice, providing solutions and clear information via both voice calls and live chat. This isn’t just about transactions; it's about building trust and ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide excellent support: Deliver prompt and friendly service in French and English, handling a variety of customer questions and issues. Troubleshoot and resolve: Use your problem-solving skills to calmly find effective solutions for customers. Document interactions: Maintain accurate records of all customer communications to ensure seamless service. Contribute to improvement: Share customer feedback and insights to help us enhance our processes and products. Collaborate effectively: Work as a key member of our remote team, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

What We're Looking For

Language Skills: Complete fluency in French and English (both written and spoken). Experience: At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce, tech support, or a contact center. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify is a plus. Soft Skills: You are a patient, detail-oriented person with a genuine desire to help others. Work Style: You can work independently and communicate clearly with a remote team.

Tools You'll Need

A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher. A stable internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps upload and download speeds. A quiet, professional workspace for calls.
