Hansen's Group of Companies currently looking for an experienced Casual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Halifax**,** Nova Scotia location on a casual basis.

This role shall provide during leave coverage or increase in work load at the Branch. You must be able to respond professionally to incoming customer calls and questions engage with the customer by providing the quotation, order information, and necessary follow-up. This role is based on-site with a pay range between $20 - $22 per hour.

Job Duties

• Respond to customer calls, quote prices generated through our Website.
• Assist existing and potential customers in providing quotes, orders and necessary follow ups.
• Process Customer Orders received through our portal, email, fax and telephone.
• Pre-call orders, update the order and documenting entry of notes.
• Office Filing.
• Provide inspection reports to our Claims Department as and when requested.
• Any other related duties as required.

Required Education/Skills/Abilities:

• 2 – 3 years of experience in Customer service.
• Completion of High School Certificate.
• Ability to manage priorities efficiently and make quick educated decisions.
• Customer oriented and a team player.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• High attention to detail and well organized.
• Good communication skills.
• Pleasant Attitude.
• Fluent English.
• Previous experience in automotive industry would be an asset but not mandatory.

Physical Demand

• Full ability to Stand.
• Ability to sit for more than 1 hour.
• Full Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to view computer screen for long periods of time.

Work Environment

• Work Hours: Must be flexible to report to work at short notice, Monday to Friday. Daily work hours will be planned with Branch Manager.
• Indoors Office.
• Some locations are not accessible by public transportation or by foot or bicycle, access to our office is only possible by means of automobile. You may be required to have a vehicle.
