Join an established team as a Personal Lines Advisor and play a vital role in helping clients protect what matters most. Compensation $60,000 – $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus annual performance bonus Benefits & Perks Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including 100% health and dental coverage from day one, a competitive annual bonus, RRSP contribution, paid vacation plus personal days and sick days, and a training budget to support your ongoing education.
Responsibilities Review and evaluate new insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, managing a moderate call volume, average of 10 calls Assist clients with coverage options, risk assessments, and premium calculations Support the team with technical insurance duties related to auto and property policies Qualifications Level 1 License from the Alberta Insurance Council (Level 2 preferred) At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and browsing web desktops Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work in a hybrid setting with adequate technical infrastructure
