Elevating the designer outlet experience and shaping the concept of destination shopping, McArthurGlen is Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of Designer Outlets. We currently manage 21 McArthurGlen Designer Outlets, many more than any other operator, across eight countries. Our centres are home to the most sought-after luxury, designer and high-street brands, internationally and nationally, offering the fashion-loving shopper year-round savings of 30 to 70% on the recommended retail price, all in an attractive and vibrant shopping environment close to major tourist hubs. Core Responsibilities: Meet and greet internal and external customers at the Information Desk, resolving queries/complaints in a professional and friendly manner, and proactively offer information to add the greatest value possible to the customer experience Process McArthurGlen gift card transactions accurately Record, coordinate and report relevant information, including lost & found property, rental services, walk-in tourist groups efficiently and accurately Ensure the Information Desk is always clean, tidy, well-organized and well-stocked with relevant information to ensure that McArthurGlen is positively promoted At all times act in the company’s best interests and in the best interests of those entities which we represent
Qualifications Strong customer-focused service and customer satisfaction skills, with a commitment to creating positive guest experiences. Professional telephone manner and customer support capabilities, including handling inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently. Proven customer service experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences in a friendly and inclusive manner. Ability to work on-site, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by visitor demand. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Fluency in Mandarin is an asset.
