About the role
Job Summary:
As a Food Truck Team Member, you will support food truck operations, prepare fresh meals, provide excellent customer service, and ensure our guests receive the quality and experience they know and love from Osmow’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests, taking orders, and processing payments from the food truck
- Preparing and serving Osmow’s menu items while following food safety and quality standards
- Managing customer orders and ensuring accuracy from order placement to completion
- Assembling, packaging, and handing out food orders efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary food truck environment to ensure the safety of guests, fellow team members, and yourself
- Assisting with food preparation, stocking ingredients, and maintaining inventory levels as required
- Following proper food handling procedures and company standards at all times
- Supporting daily food truck setup, service, and closing duties
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for every guest
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude, friendly smile, and ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, dependable, and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Flexible and willing to learn new skills in a fast-paced food truck environment
- Ability to follow procedures to ensure order accuracy and maintain quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple customer orders during busy service periods
- Ability to address guest concerns professionally and provide excellent service recovery when needed
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends, based on operational needs
- Willingness and ability to travel to different locations as required, depending on scheduled events and business needs
- A valid Ontario Class G driver's licence is considered an asset but is not required for this position.

Compensation & Posting Details
- Pay Range: $17.60 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium
