Job Summary

The Dealer Care Representative supports and maintains strong relationships between Becklar and its dealers through proactive communication, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for handling dealer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction across all interactions.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to dealer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Research problems and determine the best possible solutions
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of situations
  • Follow up on dealer requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Manage escalations with professionalism and a focus on positive outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong, constructive relationships with dealers
  • Communicate any recurring issues or concerns to leadership
  • Mentor team members to support overall team success and service quality
  • Participate in training sessions to maintain and improve skills
  • Support additional projects and tasks as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Fluent in French and English ( written and speaking )
  • 1–2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Répondre aux demandes des concessionnaires par téléphone, e-mail et autres canaux de communication
  • Analyser et résoudre les problèmes avec rapidité et professionnalisme
  • Étudier les problèmes et déterminer les meilleures solutions possibles
  • Faire preuve d'esprit critique et de capacités de résolution de problèmes pour gérer diverses situations
  • Assurer le suivi des demandes des concessionnaires afin de garantir leur résolution et leur satisfaction
  • Gérer les escalades avec professionnalisme en mettant l'accent sur des résultats positifs
  • Établir et entretenir des relations solides et constructives avec les revendeurs
  • Signaler tout problème récurrent ou toute préoccupation à la direction
  • Accompagner les membres de l'équipe afin de favoriser la réussite globale de l'équipe et la qualité du service
  • Participer à des sessions de formation pour maintenir et améliorer ses compétences
  • Apporter son soutien à d'autres projets et tâches qui lui sont confiés

Ce dont vous aurez besoin

  • courant en français et en anglais (écrit et parlé)
  • 1 à 2 ans ou plus d’expérience en service à la clientèle
  • Le bilinguisme est obligatoire (français et anglais)
  • Solides compétences en communication (écrite et orale)
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Solides capacités de résolution de problèmes et d’esprit critique
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Souci du détail et excellentes compétences organisationnelles
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression
  • Licence ou expérience équivalente souhaitée
