Salary: $43,000–$60,000 per year + performance bonuses, commission and team incentives (commensurate with experience)

We're looking for an exceptional Store Manager & Team Leader to lead our Mission location. As Store Manager, you'll help create an environment where employees feel supported, challenged, appreciated, and empowered to grow.

What You'll Do You'll lead the day-to-day operations of the Mission location while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities include: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 5–12 employees Hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members Creating a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture Supporting employee growth through regular coaching and feedback Scheduling and workforce planning Managing inventory, ordering, and operational excellence Monitoring KPIs, sales performance, labour, and business goals Identifying opportunities to improve client experience and business performance Handling guest concerns professionally and confidently Supporting local marketing initiatives and community involvement Ensuring company policies and operational standards are consistently maintained

Who You Are You're someone who naturally brings people together and enjoys helping others succeed. You likely have: 3+ years of management or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, beauty, medical aesthetics, or another customer-focused industry Experience managing teams of 5–12 employees Confidence making decisions and taking ownership Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities A positive attitude and calm approach under pressure Experience managing sales goals, budgets, labour, or KPIs A passion for delivering exceptional customer service Experience with Zenoti, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is considered an asset.

Schedule Full-time 8-hour shifts Weekend availability Holiday availability as required
