What You?ll Be Doing

  • Answer incoming customer calls and book appointments across our service, plumbing, electrical, and sales departments
  • Prioritize urgent calls and communicate quickly with dispatch
  • Support technicians with accurate customer information
  • Maintain clean and accurate customer records
  • Process payments and assist with day-to-day administrative support
  • Communicate professionally by phone, text, and email
  • Work closely with a fast-paced office team and assist other departments as needed to support daily operations

This is not a passive desk job. You will be multitasking, problem solving, prioritizing, and helping customers every day.

  • Previous office and customer service experience
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Confidence using multiple computer systems at once
  • Calm and professional under pressure

  • Someone who takes initiative and wants to continue learning and growing
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Experience in dispatching, scheduling, trades, or home services is considered an asset.
