About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Concentrix. Qualifications

Proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools is desirable. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels, providing accurate information, and resolving issues efficiently. You will assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshoot technical problems, and guide them through solutions in a courteous and professional manner. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions is vital to ensure quality service and follow-up. You will also identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate, contributing to business growth. Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery is an integral part of your role. Additionally, you will adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards to ensure consistency and integrity in all customer interactions.
