Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Perform computer tasks Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Answer questions in person or by phone Supervise and support Security Guards during their assigned shifts Train and evaluate security personnel to ensure high standards and adherence to company policy Assist with scheduling as needed Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid security license First aid certification required Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
