Do you love helping people and making every customer interaction a great one? Boomerang is growing its Toronto team and hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our clients' brands at live events and in-store promotions across the GTA. You'll speak with customers face to face every day, answer their questions, introduce offers that suit their needs and make sure everyone leaves with a positive experience. This role is a great next step if you've worked in retail, hospitality, restaurants, a call centre or as a brand ambassador, or if you're a student or graduate looking for an entry-level role where you can build strong customer service and sales skills. No previous experience is needed. We provide full training and ongoing coaching. Candidates should be approachable, clear communicators, active listeners, calm problem-solvers, coachable team players, and reliable and professional.
