The interview process for this position will be entirely remote, and we are open to remote work options.


Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
  • Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solution
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Provide customer service


What you need


  • Education: High School graduation. Technical or payment industry training is considered an asset.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a technical support or customer service role. Experience in the payment/banking industry is considered a bonus.
  • Available to work a flexible shift, typically starting at 5 am PST.
  • You need to have strong attention to detail, critical thinking and great judgment. You are the kind of person people call for advice or to have a second look at something important.
  • Superb customer service skills.
  • You are super interested in technology and how money gets from point A to Point B.
  • A second language not necessary but is an asset.
  • Someone who is wanting to make an opportunity their own.
  • Looking for growth potential in the role and organization.
  • Hiring in the Metro Vancouver area.

    Compensation and Benefits Package

With that, the hiring salary for this position is $32.21/hour; the base salary range is based on comparable market data for similar jobs and job levels from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. A candidate’s specific base salary will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, applicable experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, among other things. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
