Be our next Construction Administration Support

Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will be a part of the Design team, in the Architecture Group, based in the Halifax office.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

  • Manage incoming and outgoing priorities, including tracking of design issues, action logs, RFI/Change & Submittal Logs, various Excel spreadsheets and training materials
  • Document control of all correspondence including change orders, RFI’s, submittals, etc.
  • Review, catalogue and distribute all consultant drawings, shop drawings, change notice summaries, submittals and management software

What your experience looks like

  • You have up to 2 years of administrative experience
  • A diploma or post-secondary in Administration would be considered an asset
  • Construction administration experience would be considered an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times with fellow employees, clients, service providers and suppliers
  • You have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of organization
  • Strong written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
