About this opportunity

5G Radio End to End Customer issue support

  • You will have the opportunity to get involved in: 4G/5G Radio Issues & Data analytics; 4G/5G Radio Integration & Troubleshooting; and 4G/5G Radio Quality Assurance Investigator

  • You will have to use your creative skills to reproduce customer configurations in our own lab environment
  • You have the ability to influence and drive exciting, challenging projects

What you will do

  • Collaborate with CIIG (Customer Issue Investigation Group) to identify targeted investigation approaches to use in isolating the root cause of the issue under investigation
  • Document investigation steps and intermediate results toward root cause identification
  • Contribute to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of customer highly visible issues
  • Record test results and logs that may lead you to the root cause of the problem being reported
  • Develop scripts to help you to narrow down faulty areas
  • Perform basic and intermediate data analysis
  • You will prepare lab environment including both hardware and software components
  • You will perform data analysis of various use cases
  • Maintain and enhance the Lab environment used for the needs of the team

You will bring

  • Student in a B.Sc. or M.Sc. program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (other fields will also be considered with relevant experience). Must have completed minimum of 2 years in the program to be considered.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, motivated, organized and efficient
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

This position reports to CIIG Technical Manager Radio Development.
