Client Service Clerk
Location: 1350 Langstaff Rd, Thornhill, ON L4J 8P8
Contract: 2-months, July and August 2024, Part time work 5-10 hours a week
Client Service Clerk - Part-Time permanent
Join a leader in French summer camps in the GTA whose mission is to provide rich and engaging experiential French programs that support bilingualism, and help us continue to grow and expand our mission to support children in their bilingual journey.
We are looking for a self-driven candidate who understands the concerns and challenges of parents in managing their summer schedule and who strive to connect with people. Professional proficiency in written and oral English is required. Any knowledge of French is considered an asset. You will assist our families with their registration and provide follow-up as needed, answer phone calls and online inquiries and provide office support with orders.
Summary description of the position :
Support to family of campers / Internal registration system
- Answer requests from new or registered clients by phone, email and web chat.
- Perform weekly follow-ups and daily updates of registration modifications as needed.
- Comprehension of internal registration system / ability to extract reports.
- Follow up on queries and determine which requests need to be escalated.
- Support campuses during the camp period.
- All other related duties
Skills required
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent client service and teamwork skills with the ability to proactively listen and respond with appropriate information.
- Exhibits an energetic and positive "can do" attitude.
- Experience with client service is an asset
