QE Technical Lead – Contact Center Platforms Key Skills: Automation & Amazon Connect Location: Toronto, ON Work mode: 4 DAYS HYBRID Skills: • Expertise in QE with Contact Center platforms. • IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer etc. • Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate etc- any of them). • Agent Desktop Automation. • Java core. • Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities. • Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse) etc. • Experience working in a structured scaled Agile environment. • Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.
What you’ll do
Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support of contact center platforms. Lead quality engineering and automation across IVR, routing, agent desktop, UI, and API testing.
Requirements
The role requires quality engineering experience with contact center platforms, automation testing, and core Java skills. Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools, IDEs, and scaled Agile environments is expected; Amazon Connect expertise is a plus.
