We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us at our Montreal headquarters. The ideal candidate can be also work remotely from anywhere in Canada.

You will be responsible for sourcing outbound leads, developing inbound leads and qualifying sales opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading initial outreach to prospects at US Fortune 1000 companies via cold calling, email, personalized video messaging and social media outreach;
  • Identifying the needs and challenges of the prospective customer;
  • Identifying decision-makers, and scheduling needs analysis and product presentation meetings for the Pre-sales Solutions Engineer;
  • Developing a list of target accounts, call strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business;
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas of Qualified meetings with key individuals within targeted accounts;
  • Keeping meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM.

You have:

  • +2 years of experience in a Sales Development or Customer Service role;
  • Exceptional oral and written English skills;
  • Knowledge of B2B Sales, Market Research, IT and/or an ability to learn rapidly;
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Business;
  • French oral and written skills is a strong asset;
  • A personality that is competitive, resilient, and highly motivated;
  • A desire to evolve your career in sales.
